Fried Sumac Eggs

Who doesn't want a quick and easy delish breakfast? Indulge and enjoy this mouth-watering and nutritious treat- Fried Sumac Eggs!
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 eggs
- 1⁄2-1 tablespoon sumac
- salt & pepper
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Break the eggs carefully into the pan. (Try not to break the yoke).
- Sprinkle with sumac, salt, & pepper. Continue to fry the egg until the white part is no longer runny & the yoke is done to your preference.
