Za'atar Baked Salmon

Za'atar Baked Salmon is a super quick and simple recipe. You just need some spices and oil, and a quick bake yields the perfect results despite the minimal effort.



  • 1-2lb Salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Za'atar spice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper 


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the oil and spices. Rub well onto the fish and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are browned and crisp. Serve warm or cold.
