Grilled Za'atar Pork Loin

Who doesn't want to eat a moist pork loin crusted with flavors from the Middle East? Try this Grilled Za'atar Pork Loin recipe today!

Prep: 10 mins Cook: 20 mins Yields: 4 servings


  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Za'atar
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  1. Combine the mayonnaise and spices in a bowl. Smear the mayo mixture over the pork loin.
  2. Heat the grill to high. Place the pork loin on the grill and close the grill. Grill for 7 minutes.
  3. Turn the loin over. Reclose the grill, and grill for another 7 minutes. Turn the grill off, and leave the loin in the grill with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 degrees F.
  4. Slice and serve.
