Roasted Potatoes with Zaatar

You'll love the herbaceous and exotic flavor of Za'atar spice in your Roasted Potatoes. Just perfect for the Fourth of July celebrations!
- 2 pounds small red potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. Zaatar spice
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Chop the potatoes into 1-inch cubes and toss in a large bowl with the olive oil, salt and 2 tablespoons of zaatar.
- Pour the potatoes onto a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of zaatar on top. Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring the potatoes with a fork after 20 minutes.
