For the Burgers:
Preheat your oven by turning on the broiler. Use heavy-duty aluminum foil to cover the bottom of a baking sheet, coating with a layer of coconut oil to prevent sticking and add flavor. In a large bowl, add your ground meat of choice, the chopped shallots, minced garlic, kosher salt and Tbsp. Remove any rings or jewelry, and use clean hands to combine the ingredients and form the mixture into small patties, less than an inch thick - the top of a clean juice glass can be used as a cutter, if desired. Once the broiler is hot, place the burgers evenly across the surface of the baking sheet, broiling for four minutes on one side and two on the other, or until desired doneness is achieved. Serve on mini buns for a delectable and unexpected exotic treat.
