Maggy's Perfect Marinade with Thai Spice

What else could be easier than just mixing all the ingredients together? It's so flavorful and flexible that you can use it to marinate chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or steaky fish - Maggy's Perfect Marinade with Thai Spice!

Enough for 2 pounds of chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or steaky fish.


Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Thai chili (or chili garlic) sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Thai Spice



Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together; add meat and marinate long enough for flavors to blend, 15 minutes or overnight.
