Grilled Za'atar Pork Loin

- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Za'atar
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Combine the mayonnaise and spices in a bowl. Smear the mayo mixture over the pork loin.
- Heat the grill to high. Place the pork loin on the grill and close the grill. Grill for 7 minutes.
- Turn the loin over. Reclose the grill, and grill for another 7 minutes. Turn the grill off, and leave the loin in the grill with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 degrees F.
- Slice and serve.
