Chicken Red Curry
- 1.76 Ounce (50 grams) USIMPLYSEASON Red Curry paste
- 12.34 Ounce (350 grams) chicken thigh fillet cut into pieces
- 2 cans (320 ml) coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 3 - 4 lime leaves, into strips
- 2 red peppers, cut into rings
How to make…
- In a pan, heat the coconut cream and add one-sachet of USimplySeason Thai Red curry paste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil until red oil appears on the surface. This takes 15 - 20 minutes.
- Add fish sauce and palm sugar to taste and stir well.
- Add chicken, and cook until tender.
- Garnish with strips of lime leaves and the rings of red pepper.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
