Chicken Green Curry

Ingredients

  • 1.76 Ounce (50 grams) USIMPLYSEASON Green Curry paste
  • 1 lb (453 grams) chicken thigh fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 cans (320 ml) coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Thai basil, cut into strips

How to make…

  1. In a pan, heat the coconut cream and add one-sachet of USimplySeason Thai Green curry paste.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil until oil separates from the curry paste and appears on the surface. This takes 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Add fish sauce and palm sugar to taste and stir well.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until tender.
  5. Garnish with strips of Thai basil.
  6. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
