Chicken Green Curry
- 1.76 Ounce (50 grams) USIMPLYSEASON Green Curry paste
- 1 lb (453 grams) chicken thigh fillet, cut into pieces
- 2 cans (320 ml) coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh Thai basil, cut into strips
How to make…
- In a pan, heat the coconut cream and add one-sachet of USimplySeason Thai Green curry paste.
- Bring the mixture to a boil until oil separates from the curry paste and appears on the surface. This takes 15 - 20 minutes.
- Add fish sauce and palm sugar to taste and stir well.
- Add the chicken and cook until tender.
- Garnish with strips of Thai basil.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
