Full Shakshuka Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 4–6 large eggs
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Feta cheese or goat cheese (optional)
  • Crusty bread or pita, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft.
  2. Stir in One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Crack in eggs, cover, and cook to desired doneness (about 5–8 minutes).
  5. Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve with bread.

One Rip Shakshuka Spiced Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, zucchini, and onion with olive oil and One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning.
  3. Spread vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
