Full Shakshuka Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 4–6 large eggs
- Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Feta cheese or goat cheese (optional)
- Crusty bread or pita, for serving
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft.
- Stir in One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
- Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
- Crack in eggs, cover, and cook to desired doneness (about 5–8 minutes).
- Garnish with cilantro or parsley and serve with bread.
One Rip Shakshuka Spiced Roasted Vegetables
Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, zucchini, and onion with olive oil and One Rip Shakshuka Seasoning.
- Spread vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro before serving.
