These Tabil-Flavored Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic mini burgers. Infused with the aromatic blend of USimplySeason Tabil, these sliders burst with flavor and make for a perfect appetizer or a quick and easy meal. With a juicy patty made from ground beef mixed with shallots, garlic, and USimplySeason Tabil spice blend, these sliders are a must-try for anyone who loves bold, Middle Eastern-inspired flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or meat/protein of choice)
  • 3 large shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp USimplySeason Tabil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it lightly with coconut oil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped shallots, minced garlic, USimplySeason Tabil, and sea salt. Mix everything well using your hands or a spoon.
  4. Divide the mixture into 10-12 equal portions and form them into mini burgers about 2-3 inches in diameter and less than an inch thick.
  5. Place the mini burgers on the prepared baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are fully cooked and browned outside.
  6. Serve the mini burgers warm with your favorite toppings and condiments.

Variations:

  1. Tabil Turkey Sliders: Replace ground beef with ground turkey for a leaner protein option. Add chopped fresh mint to the mix for a refreshing and bright flavor. Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt mixed with garlic and lemon juice.

  2. Vegetarian Tabil Sliders: Use cooked quinoa or lentils instead of ground meat for a vegetarian version of the sliders. Add some grated zucchini or carrots for extra moisture and nutrition. Top with a homemade tahini sauce and some crispy lettuce leaves.

  3. Tabil Lamb Sliders: Use ground lamb instead of beef for a more robust and savory flavor. Mix some crumbled feta cheese and chopped Kalamata olives for a Mediterranean twist. Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce and some sliced red onions.
