The beautiful harmony of vegetables and native roots found in Thai dishes is echoed through this blend. You'll find ginger, turmeric, onion, garlic and red bell peppers, each mingled with pungent spices like cumin, cardamom and black pepper. Red pepper adds a hit of heat, and the green herb undertones of basil and cilantro offers a smooth finish. There's even a kiss of sugar in this Thai seasoning blend to balance the heat and herbs with a little pinch of sweetness.
Add an instant Thai flair to any dish and a little bit of the mixture will go a long way, with the flavor deepening the longer it is cooked.
