Ingredients:

  • One sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 4 ounces of goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup USimplySeason Barberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the baking sheet by lightly flouring a surface and rolling out the puff pastry.
