Zaatar Roasted Chicken Thighs

This delicious recipe uses USimplySeason Original Zaatar to add a fragrant and savory flavor to grilled chicken. The blend of herbs, sesame seeds, and sumac in the seasoning pairs perfectly with the juicy chicken and makes for a tasty and healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons USimplySeason Original Zaatar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
