Ingredients
- 1 lb of lamb, beef, or chicken cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons of USimplySeason Baharat Spice Blend
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch chunks
- 10-12 cherry tomatoes
- Skewers (metal or pre-soaked wooden)
Instructions
- Marinate the Meat: In a bowl, mix the cubed meat, Baharat spice blend, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Assemble Skewers: While the meat marinates, cut the onion and bell pepper. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes.
- Grill to Perfection: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill kebabs for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally for even cooking.
